These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through the SOLVERCAE online store.

SOLVERCAE is operated by Heyuan Zhiting Technology Co., Ltd.

By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms of Purchase together with our Privacy Notice, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

By submitting an order, you represent that:

You have legal capacity to enter into the transaction
Information submitted during checkout is accurate
You are authorized to use the selected payment method
Your purchase does not violate applicable law

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, and other relevant information.

Minor differences may occur because of:

Photography
Lighting
Screen settings
Manufacturing tolerances
Material characteristics

Customers should review the applicable product information before purchasing.

3. Prices

Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change where permitted.

The price displayed and accepted during checkout generally applies to the transaction, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.

4. Pricing or Technical Errors

If an obvious pricing, product information, inventory, or technical error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment.

Where appropriate, you may be offered the option to proceed under corrected information or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Payment authorization does not necessarily mean an order has been finally accepted.

If payment has already been collected for an order we are unable to fulfill, an appropriate refund will be issued.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding available alternatives or cancellation and refund.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible to:

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before fulfillment processing begins.

Once fulfillment has started, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, requests to return the product will generally be governed by our Return Policy.

We do not charge a separate cancellation fee for an ordinary cancellation that we approve.

9. Processing and Shipping

Most orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days after confirmed payment.

After dispatch, estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $100.

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may generally be requested for return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

Approved refunds are generally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after an approved returned product is received and inspected.

11. Promotions

Promotional offers or discount codes may:

Have eligibility requirements
Apply only to selected products
Have expiration dates
Be limited to one use

Additional conditions displayed with a promotion form part of that promotion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms of Purchase is intended to override consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

Where applicable law provides mandatory protections that are more favorable to the customer, those protections apply.

For completed purchases, the terms applicable when the order was placed will generally govern the transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
