Orders may only be cancelled before production or shipment begins.

Once approved, a full refund will be issued.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Original packaging is required
Valid proof of purchase must be provided

All returns require prior approval before being sent back.

One total shipping fee applies per order.

No restocking fees are charged.
